WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 2-3 days to process and ship your order.  We will contact you if there is a delay.

RETURN POLICY?

As Of Now accepts returns with 14 days of receipt.  All returns must be in original packaging with recipt for store credit only.  

Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at hello@asofnowstore.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’lll then reply back with your RMA #, which you’ll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?

Please contact us immediatley if your shipment is damaged by calling 213.628.3700.  As Of Now needs to know of damages with 7 days of delivery.

OTHER ITEMS NOT ON SITE?
